PROPERTIES FOR SALE AT M1 NORTH AUCTION
Ray White Commercial M1
North has five properties for sale at an auction event later this month at their
auction room on the northern Gold Coast.

M1 North Team Leader, said the auction event on August 31 followed a winter of
strong results for the Yatala-based office.
“In the past four months our
agents have completed more than 60 sales and leasing deals,” she said.
“Our performance has also
been recognised by the Ray White Commercial group at this month’s half-yearly
awards in Melbourne.”
Lisa Dunne was ranked number
two throughout Australia and New Zealand for settled transactions.
“Ray White Industrial M1
North Office received the Auction Award for our June auctions and we were also
ranked number four for settled gross leasing fees,” Ms Dunne said. “We were
thrilled with these results.”
Lisa Dunne said had two
properties for sale at the August 31 auction, including an 84 sqm commercial unit
at 28/55 Commerce Circuit, Yatala, which is currently zoned for a café/takeaway
business.
“The unit is part of a 35
unit complex developed by Nazz Investment Group in 2010 and it has become a
highly successful development,” she said.
Lisa Dunne is also marketing a
strata warehouse at 17/26 Octal Street, Yatala, which is part of the 44 unit
Octal Plaza complex.
Another property listed for
sale at the auction is a warehouse/office at 1/29 Nealdon Drive, Meadowbrook,
which is being marketed by Brian Manne.
“This warehouse has a total
gross floor area of approximately 663 sqm and includes a 100 sqm
cold-room/freezer as well as 3 phase power and an unloading area with five
parking bays,” Lisa Dunne said.
Also on the auction agenda
is a redevelopment site on a land area of 1012 sqm at 10 Gona Street,
Beenleigh, which is being marketed by Shaun Robinson and Amanda Chandler.This property is being re auctioned from the
June auctions.
The August 31 auction
includes an industrial unit of approximately 182 sqm at 5/20-22 Ellerslie Road,
Meadowbrook, which is being marketed by Clem Aynsley.
The auction will be held
from 10am (AEST) on Saturday, August 31, 2013, at the Ray White Commercial M1
North auction rooms at 27/28 Burnside Road, Ormeau.
