What’s happening in the area you specialise in? Yatala Enterprise Area
Describe the most interesting property you have sold or leased? I think it would have to be 24 Octal Street, Yatala. I took to market with Super Butcher as the tenant. Then the receivers come in and I got to market again. The staff there knew me so well by the time it settled.
What are the ingredients to being successful in your job? Communication, Integrity and Fun
What aspects of your role do you enjoy the most? Talking to clients (customer service) but nothing beats getting a result that both the vendor/landlord and buyer/tenant is happy with.
Where would invest a spare $750,000? With the great interest rates at the moment, it is hard to pass up get commercial investment stock at the moment with great returns.
Which football team do you support? My house is normally full of basketball mementos and not football – We follow the NBA (Chicago Bulls)
What’s your favourite app or techno gadget? My IPad and iPhone – can’t leave the house with out them.
How do you use social media? Facebook is what I use the most and I like to keep everyone up to date with all activity in the Area. Whether it is property related or not.
