Substantial Development Site in Brisbane’s South for Sale

Substantial Development Site in Brisbane’s South for Sale

A potential development opportunity at Mount Warren Park in Brisbane’s south is being offered for sale by Ray White Industrial M1 North.

Adjoining properties located at 48 and 50 Milne Street, Mount Warren Park, are being marketed in an Offers to Purchase campaign by Ray White Industrial M1 North Team Leader Lisa Dunne.

Lisa Dunne said the two lots were situated on a site area of 4,896 sqm and had residential choice domain and were included in a draft planning scheme with a potential for 40 townhouses per hectare.

“In January, 2015, the town planning regulator covering Mt Warren Park will be transferring to Logan City Council as advised by the Gold Coast City Council,” she said.

Lisa Dunne said Lot 48 is positioned on 2,448 sqm land and comprises a two storey, four bedroom house, while Lot 50 features a three bedroom house also set on 2, 448 sqm of land.

“The two lots are being offered together or separately,” she said.

Lisa Dunne said the properties were strategically located two kilometres from the Pacific Motorway and just minutes to Beenleigh Railway Station and the Beenleigh Town Centre.

“Mount Warren Park is a suburb in one of South East Queensland’s fastest growing regions,” she said.

“Although the area was once separated from Brisbane and the Gold Coast, the region has experienced advancing urban sprawl since the development of the highway to Brisbane.

“This is a great opportunity for an investor or developer to secure a prime piece of land in an up-and-coming suburb and we urge all prospective buyers to register their interest to avoid disappointment.”

Offers to Purchase close at 4pm on Friday, November 25, 2014.
