Gregory Bell

The path to one of Australia's leading real estate companies began in the eastern suburbs of Sydney in 1977, where Gregory Bell took his first step into the industry as a residential property manager.

In 1989, Greg along with his brother Andrew Bell, took over the Ray White Surfers Paradise office and for 35 years they were the driving force in creating one of the most prominent real estate agencies in Australia, as well as Ray White's most successful group.

In 2025, Greg and Andrew rebranded their operation to what is now known as the Ray White Bell Group. 

The Ray White Bell Group operations include residential sales, commercial sales and leasing, project marketing and property management. 

With offices located in Southport, Hope Island and Ormeau - yet covering the entire South East Queensland and Northern NSW property market. 

Greg's day to day responsibility is to lead a team of 20 in commercial and industrial sales and leasing under the RWC Gold Coast banner.   

RWC Gold Coast has been the No. 1 Auction Office in the entire Ray White Commercial Network, for 12 consecutive years. 

Supporting Andrew Bell in his role as Chairman, the Ray White Bell Group has sold more properties, and set the most record prices than any other agency in the region.
