Car Retailer Takes up Beenleigh Tenancy
Car retailer Eurodrive Tours Pty Ltd has leased a large hardstand yard with offices on a main road at Beenleigh through Ray White Industrial M1 North.
The company has secured the property at 61 Logan River Road, Beenleigh, in a deal negotiated by Shaun Robinson of Ray White Industrial M1 North.
“This property was on the market for more than a year with other agents and had no offers or inspections before I marketed it via a 30 day Expressions of Interest campaign and received three excellent offers,” Shaun Robinson said.
“The new tenant also has the first right of refusal to purchase the property if the owner decides to sell.”
Shaun Robinson said the approximately 654 sqm site is situated on a busy road with excellent signage opportunities.
“Thousands of cars pass this site every day,” he said.
Shaun Robinson said the property offered approximately 40 sqm of office space and an approximately 30 sqm work shed.
Eurodrive Tours has taken out a 1 + 2 year lease at a gross rental of $24,000 per annum.
