Leading Yatala-based agency Ray White Commercial M1 North has reported a boost in leasing activity for industrial property with 13 transactions completed in just the past two months.
The M1 North office is one of Ray White Commercial’s leading agencies nationwide and is headed by Team Leader Lisa Dunne.
Lisa Dunne said the strong volume of leasing deals this winter indicated a welcome improvement in market conditions.
“In the past couple of months we’ve witnessed an increase in leasing activity in the Yatala region,” Ms Dunne said.
“It’s really exciting to see such an improvement in such a short period of time and we’re anticipating more leasing deals in the coming months.”
Lisa Dunne said the 13 recent leasing deals negotiated were for terms ranging from one to three years.
“One of the larger industrial properties leased was a 236 sqm warehouse/office complex at 4/30 Octal Street, Yatala,” Ms Dunne said.
“This was a property in a near new complex which can be operated 24/7 and offers 3 phase power and six allocated car parks.”
