Hertz Secures Slacks Creek Complex
A freestanding industrial complex at Slacks Creek, south of Brisbane, has been sold by Ray White Industrial M1 North for $710,000.
The property at 6 Miller Street, Slacks Creek, was purchased by hire care giants Hertz in a deal negotiated by Shaun Robinson of Ray White Industrial M1 North.
Mr Robinson said he found a buyer for the complex, which is on a land area of approximately 1214 sqm, within a few weeks of obtaining the listing.
“The property was on the market for almost a year before the owner listed it with Ray White Industrial M1 North, so we were thrilled to secure the sale so quickly,” he said.
“The buyer is Hertz car hire who will be looking to store their vehicles on the site, which includes a substantial concreted hardstand area.”
Mr Robinson said the securely gated warehouse/office was approximately 350 sqm and featured two side roller doors and 3 phase power.
“The property’s in a central location just off Moss St and its proximity to the M1 Motorway, the Gateway Motorway and major connecting roads makes it a quality purchase,” he said.
