Ormeau Facility a Good Fit for Auswide
One of Australia’s leading commercial fitout companies, Auswide Commercial Fitouts Pty Ltd, has purchased a warehouse/office facility in a popular industrial precinct on the northern Gold Coast for its expanding business.
The property at 2/22 Mavis Court, Ormeau, was sold for $750,000 by Ray White Industrial M1 North Team Leader Lisa Dunne.
Auswide’s owners Lisa and Michael Kreuger had been seeking larger premises from the company’s current headquarters at Molendinar on the Gold Coast.
“Originally we wanted to buy elsewhere on the Gold Coast but we couldn’t find exactly what we wanted and what was available was priced too high or was the wrong zoning for our business,” Mrs Kreuger said.
“Zoning and size were the key points for the factory we needed for our business and this property at Ormeau in the Yatala Enterprise Area (YEA) had exactly what we were looking for at a good price.”
Lisa Dunne said the strategic location of the high quality warehouse just seconds off the M1 Motorway with direct access to Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Logan Motorway was a key draw card for prospective buyers.
“This property comprises a 499 sqm warehouse, 64 sqm mezzanine office with a 69 sqm rear yard,” she said. “It’s a secure gated complex with plenty of on-site parking.”
Auswide Commercial Fitouts has been operating since 2008 and has offices on the Gold Coast, Sydney and Melbourne.
