Dynamic Brisbane duo launch RWC Gateway
After working together for almost a decade, commercial real estate team Jared Doyle and Jack Gwyn have taken their business to the next level, opening RWC Gateway.
Nationally renowned auto-motive industry while repair business Dr Wheels has relocated from its Molendinar site to the Yatala commercial precinct on the northern Gold Coast.
The company purchased a corporate warehouse, work-shop and office in Commerce Cct through Ray White Commercial M1 North.
Team Leader, Lisa Dunne, said the strata warehouse was located in the heart of Yatala in a popular industrial unit development.
“The property includes a building area of approximately 300sqm, including a 130sqm workshop and yard area plus 170sqm of office space over two levels” she said.
Dr Wheels owners Brenton and Jacqui Proctor said they had both trade and retail customers all over Australia from as far away as Perth, Darwin, Melbourne, Adelaide, Sydney and Cairns and that they could shop just about anywhere.
They said they had been looking for new premises for the past 18 months.
“We had been looking for somewhere closer to our home,” Mrs Proctor said.
“Yatala is a great industrial area and it is ideally located between Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
“Our neighbours in this complex say our unit is the pick of the bunch.”
